How does my Virtual Fitness Group work? Having someone to hold you accountable as you go through your fitness journey will increase your chances of sticking with it. Our groups are done via a private Facebook Group. Only you and the others in the group will have access. We check in daily, share recipes, and encourage one another.

We are all different. This is why I will ask for your health and fitness goals before getting started. I want to know more about you so that I can match you to the perfect program. Then, you will start your program and get put in my fitness group full of women all working towards their health and fitness goals.
Nutrition is a huge part of being healthy. With every program you will get Tupperwear containers that you use to measure your food each day. For example, purple is fruit, red is protein, and so on. It is so easy to follow. You know exactly how much of each food group you should be eating. You will just look at the chart and you will be given exactly what you should be eating in a day based on your weight. Oh, and you get to eat all food groups. You do not have to cut out carbs or anything like that…after all…it is all about balance and eating the right amount of each food group.
Superfoods Shake AKA Shakeology
I cannot live without Shakeology. It is a vital part of my day and of the meal plan included. You will need to drink it for breakfast, lunch, dinner, OR a snack. It doesn’t matter when you drink it, you just need to make sure you drink ONE per day. I personally drink mine for breakfast every morning.
It is an awesome way to get your vitamins. It curbs your cravings and has no artificial sweeteners, additives, preservatives, or GMO ingredients. My personal favorites include vegan chocolate and vegan cafe latte.
What makes my virtual fitness group different from just a workout DVD or a day at the gym? Simple…the community and accountability. Each day we check in, offer encouragement and support, share recipes, and HOLD ONE ANOTHER ACCOUNTABLE. There will be days you do not want to work out…we are here to help push you. There will be days when you get off track…having a great community will help you through all of it. We also have different fitness goals but we all often struggle with the same things…like staying on track.
If you follow the programs…you will see results. I have people say, can I just do the workouts and not drink the drink. Or…I’m following the meal plans but skipping the workouts. If you want to see the results…you have to be all in. There are cheat days, there are days off from working out. You will still have a life and get to enjoy your favorite foods. But, if you want the results, you have to follow the program. It is that simple.
Guess what, once you join the group, you get to stay. Many virtual fitness groups end when the program ends. This group is a forever thing. You will always have access which will help you maintain your results on a long term basis and not just short term. I want you to get the results you want and KEEP them.
